The neighbors are great and it has great water access at this property. We do ask to be mindful of loud music or yelling out of respect for neighbors. -TVA begins pulling the water level down in November to winter level. November-March you will not be able to pull a boat into the slip and the dock will be dry docked. -1 bathroom has been remodeled, the other two bathrooms are not updated with a modern look -In the living area downstairs has a garage door on one wall. -The stairs in the home are original and some step risers may be of slightly different length.
