Perfect for both peaceful retreats and fun-filled adventures. -Enjoy the nearby pleasure's of Walnut Hill Coffee Shop or have lunch/dinner at Filo's at the Winchester Town Square. -Only minutes to Twin Creeks Marina -Jack Daniel's Distillery is a short drive away where you can embark on a tour and tasting. -Tim's Ford State Park offers scenic views, walking trails, and golf at Bear Trace. -Elk River offers Trout fishing and kayak/canoe excursions -Pool availability will be based on seasonal factors. Pool is for sure open Memorial day-Labor Day You will enter the home on a paved driveway, you can drive around the pool area to the garage doors for parking. You can also fit 2-3 vehicles on the other side of the pool. Please do not block the public access drive to the water. You will be able to use the 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards and take them to the water at the home. The home is on the inlet waters of Tims Ford Lake. You will not be able to access the water if their is heavy rainfall in the area as the inlet waters will swell and the current will be too strong to kayak or use the paddleboards. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Winchester, TN just minutes to downtown and Twin Creeks Marina Downstairs fireplace does not function Children must be supervised at all times around the pool and water access points on the lake inlet.
