It is only a 1 min walk to the community pool overlooking the lake and direct lake access for kayaks and paddleboards that we include for you! This beautiful home will also boast a hot tub and a game room for your family to enjoy! You are also centrally located and only 5 minutes from Twin Creeks Marina and downtown! This is an amazing cottage right next to the lake. The master with a king bed and 2 bathrooms are downstairs along with a pullout couch and queen floor mattress that you can layout. 2 bedroomswith queen beds, game room, and work space are upstairs. Both bathrooms in the home are located downstairs. This is beautiful boutique gated community that is lake front and has lake access and a pool over looking the lake! The houses are are also very close together. This is a gated neighborhood that you can easily walk around. There is NO parking in the streets. You may only park in the driveway. Four compact cars can fit or larger cars/suvs/trucks. You will get access to two kayaks and two paddleboards during your stay. You will also get access to the community pool overlooking the lake and the common area right next to the lake and lake access. The pool and kayak launch are 1 minute walk, about 100 yards from the home.
