Enjoy the fire pit outside with wood provided at the home. 2023 Crest Tritoon with 200hp motor, 24ft long, seats up to 14 people is available for rent April-October. Offseason pricing is $399 per day, peak season pricing May 1st-Sept-8th is 599 per day. This includes full day boating so you can have sunset cruises etc. Provided with a full tank of gas, just fill it up when you're finished. We'll have a dockhand meet you and go over functionality for the boat. The boat will stay in the slip at the home. In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.
