There is also a fully fenced yard so you can bring your pet for an additional fee. -This is a beautiful boutique gated community that is lakefront and has lake access and a pool overlooking the lake! -The pool and kayak launch are a 1-minute walk, about 100 yards from the home. The pool is seasonal and available Memorial Day-Labor Day. -This is an amazing cottage right next to the lake. The bedrooms are all upstairs while you have the living room, kitchen, and outdoor area downstairs.
